Philips Hue’s new track lighting system

Perhaps the most interesting option is a flexible track lighting system. In a way, it’s the mood lighting that comes all around! Before intelligent lighting, you can buy colored spotlights that fit a ceiling track, to create color casts on the walls. Now Hue owner Signify brings track lighting to this day.

The key to the new product is its flexibility, allowing you to mix-and-match different lighting variations.

Perifo is a new line from Philips Hue that consists of individual rails that fit to create a fully customized track. You choose the layout and length of the track and what lights to include to fully control the way your home is lit.

The track can be attached to the wall or ceiling and connected to a standard outlet or current wires using the included power supply unit. Then the real fun begins as you click your chosen smart lights into the track and place them exactly what you want.

You can combine your chosen spotlights with colored lights, pendants, light bars, and light tubes on a Perifo track to set the mood for any occasion while creating a unique design feature.

Battery -powered table lamp

tea first Hue Go battery -powered lamp launched back in 2017, and remains popular today for subtle mood lighting. But the latest addition to the portable Go range is a much more practical table lamp.

Other new Philips Hue lighting

There is a pair of new gradient lamps, which allow a mix of colors to be displayed at the same time.

The new Philips Hue Signe gradient lamp in oak [has a] slender profile and a natural wood-toned base, and designed to be a piece of statement and subtle accent for the bedroom. It is available as a table lamp and floor lamp.

There are also a pair of bathroom ceiling lights designed to withstand the high humidity environment.

The Philips Hue Xamento recessed spot in black brings subtle, contemporary bathroom design while offering up to 350 lumens in millions of colors of dimmable smart light where you need it. The Xamento recessed spot in black is available as a single or 3-pack. The Philips Hue Xamento M black ceiling light makes a decorative centerpiece in the bathroom while filling the space with subtle, diffused light thanks to its unique design.

Philips Hue switch for easy dimming and scene selection

The new Tap dial switch offers four programmable buttons intended for scene selection, while the rotary dial around the outside allows for easy dimming.

The Tap dial switch has four buttons, and each button can be set to control intelligent lighting in up to three different rooms or zones around the house. Tap a button to instantly select or adjust any light scene. The Tap dial also comes with intuitive dimming control-the faster or slower you turn the dial, the faster or slower your smart lights will modulom or flash. The switch also has an intricate, matte design in black or white, which will fit it into decorating anywhere around the house. It can also be used as a handy remote control or even mounted magnetically on any metal surfaces.

Wake up scene at sunrise

The Hue app already offers a gentle wake-up scene, designed to gradually fade into the light, and it’s now added with a new Sunrise option.

The new Sunrise effect with its rich, colorful transition through blue to soft orange light, mimics the sun reflecting in the sky-giving you a relaxing wake-up call in the morning or at any time in the day. Sunrise wake-up style can be found in the Philips Hue app under the Wake up Automations Tab for Hue Bridge users and in the Routines Tab for Bluetooth users. The wake -up style can be adjusted to the duration and time of day. Users of the existing wake-up style-now called Fade to Bright-can upgrade their wake-up experience by simply selecting Sunrise from the Automation editing screen.
